Dynamic Approval Management

• Bussiness processes needs human intervention.
• In approval management you send approval request to approvers enabling them to make decisions and thus advancing the process.
• In order management system approval matrix is generated which decide the flow of approvals.
• However administrator can change the approval matrix as per the process.
• Administrator can set different approval matrix for different products or product categories.
• Once an approval person provide his approval, order will flow into next approval bucket.
• This chain will continue till the last approval person mentioned in the approval matri.
• Approval authority can also reject/cancel the order and resend this back to a specific step. From this step order can be recreated after making neccessary corrections.
